Your daily tasks:

• Operation and support of the applications for payments and account static data
• Ensuring operational stability
• Optimization of application monitoring and use of service support processes (incident, change, problem management) to ensure availability and system performance
• Participation in the creation and updating of operating concepts (e.g. authorization management, data backup, disaster recovery prevention) in an agile environment
• Participation in the implementation of software updates, in particular, implementation of these updates in the Production environment in and out of business hours
• Analysis and elimination of software crashes, application errors, vulnerabilities, and 1st/2nd level support for the users of the supported applications
• Close cooperation with the infrastructure units and the dev. engineers
