Responsibilities:

Uploading and processing bank statements
Posting cash reports from stores and reconciling daily sales
Performing journal entry processing
Reconciling dedicated GL accounts, explaining and resolving unrecognized items/balances
Ensuring month-end processes are completed accurately and according to month and year end closing schedule
Preparing regular and ad hoc reports
Communicating with clients on a regular basis
Ensuring that developed KPIs and SLAs are continuously met

Requirements:

University degree (Accounting or Finance preferred) or equivalent education
Minimum 2 (or 4 for Senior) years of work experience in accounting
English (B2)
Very good MS Excel knowledge
Analytical skills and good problem solving (attention to details)

Nice to have:

Very good spoken & written French or Romanian (considered an asset)
Knowledge of SAP accounting system (considered an asset)
