Our customer is a global law firm specializing in innovative approaches which create original solutions to clients\' most complex domestic and multijurisdictional deals and disputes. We are looking for an Senior Accountant who  will be responsible for a wide spectrum of accounting related tasks in accordance and in compliance with the Polish accounting and taxation rules and processes in line with the global systems and requirements set by the company\'s management. 

Project information:

• Location: Warszawa, hybrid work model (3x2)
• Type of employment: contract of employment
• Remuneration: 12 000 - 15 000 PLN gross
• Level: Senior
• Contract length: long-term
• Start date: depending on candidate\'s availability

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper and timely performance of accounting operations
• Account assignment and recording documents
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Conducting records of accounting costs
• Ongoing analysis and verification of entries in accounting records
• Calculating reserves, currency valuation and deferred taxes
• Entering fixed assets and calculating amortization
• Accounting bank statements
• Reconciling and confirming balances with vendors
• Cooperating with external institutions such as social security (ZUS), tax authorities, the National Bank of Poland and the Central Statistical Office (GUS)
