Currently we\'re looking for an Procurement Specialist with German. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice or Kraków/hybrid model of working (1 day in the office per week)
• Type of employment: contract of employment
• Remuneration: 5500 - 7000 PLN gross (depending on candidate\'s experience)
• Contract length: long-term
• Start date: depending on candidate\'s availability

Responsibilities:

• Processes routine purchase requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed purchase orders for approval)
• Compares product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
• Transmits POs to suppliers and manages negative order confirmation
• Expedites delivery when needed and manages goods/services claims
• Maintains strong working relationships with vendors
• Amends or closes purchase orders and files documents according to procedures for audit purposes
• Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
