Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial reports
• Posting of all business transactions in the general ledger and subledger
• Responsibility for the timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports according to HGB, IFRS or US GAAP
• Transition from US GAAP/IFRS accounting data to HGB
• Creation of ad hoc reports
• Communicating with customers, accountants, banks, accountants, lawyers, investment managers or other parties
