These products and solutions help to improve the business performance of customers; travel agencies, corporations, airlines, ground handlers, hotels, railways, car rental companies, airports, cruise lines and ferry operators. We are looking Specialist for the position of Business Operation Planning Specialist in Sophia Antipolis, near Nice in France. The position is within the team of other Business Operation Planning Specialists, User Experience Specialists as well as Full Stack Web Developers.

Project scope:
  • Reinforce both Business Operation Planning Specialists and Developers to deliver better services & products to the community
 
30% BOPs - PMO
  • Contribute to Capacity & Resource planning, follow-up and reporting activities
  • Contribute to the animation of the community through demo, videos, sessions, KM central repository
  • Contribute to the identification of best practices
  • Contribute to the identification and measurement of key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Contribute with Development teams to technical design for their area of responsibility
 
70% Business Analyst - PDEF
  • Manage & Support Budget & Resource Module of the Management Suite (Internal operational Capacity tool)
  • Facilitate decommissioning and migrate to future system (SAP overlay)
  • Consolidate and analyze requirements coming from the community
  • Contribute to high level specifications
  • Deliver functional specifications, interfaces documentation, test plan, screen documentation, release notes
  • Identify interactions and assess impacts with other products/solutions to ensure functional compatibility of their own area
  • Coordinate those interactions from building phase to delivery to ensure the compliance of the delivered functionality
  • Obtain validation of the deliverables with platform owners

  • Propose process improvements, tools and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance
  • Key Performance Indicators 
  • Consolidated requirements from the community
  • Validation tests

Basic requirments

Requirements:
  • Experience in MS Office, esp. Excel
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Validation, Planification
  • Knowledge of Standard Project Management Methodology
  • Basics of Python, SQL Server, MySQL, SAP HR, FI, CO, Business Object is a plus
  • Fluent English
