Job scope:
  • The mission will be to deliver operational services to a large business Travel Agency.  
  • During Together with the Key Account executive in charge of the customer:
    • Coordinate new market deployment and new offices
    • Request implementations of Security settings
    • Analysis and fulfilment of customer operational requests
    • Document customer operational processes
    • Deploy new products
    • Update customer sharepoint
  • Customer processes documents
  • Office/market delivery document
  • Customer and Supplier markets Contact lists
  • Status report

Basic requirments

  • Experience with Amadeus Winaproach and CRS
  • Basic customer management skills
  • Fluent English
